Announcing both morning and evening yoga classes with guest instructor Kevin Vaughn from Tasmania, Australia.
Kevin taught at Dili Wellness in 2013 and we are fortunate that he is back again for a short visit.
Kevin Vaughn is a yoga instructor from Hobart, Tasmania. He has been practicing yoga for the past 49 years and teaching for 13 years. Trained in Byron Bay, Australia with Yoga Arts in the Ashtanga Style, his preference is Iyengar Style with an emphasis on holding postures so the body/mind can relax and open, finding stillness and quietness within the poses. Asanas (physical practices) are used to help open and strengthen the physical body. Pranayama (breath practice) and relaxation techniques play a big part in his teaching, leading into a deep, mindful relaxation.
$15usd per class. These classes require pre-registration and pre-payment, as well as at least 4 people per class to run them. If there are enough people to run classes, then other people can drop-in last minute, as long as there is space.
