Guest Instructor from USA Greg Franklin offers a special Dili
AcroYoga Weekend Wonderland!

4 Workshops:
-Friday 17 April, 6:15-8:45pm  -  Thai Massage, The Art of Touch
The foundation of all touch, from the most sensitive massage to the most powerful hand-to-hand (acrobatic partner hand-balancing) lies in the hands.  Deepen your awareness of the soft receptivity and powerful support within you, and the links between them, as we practice the ancient art of massage. You’ll be lead through a “lunar-based” asana designed to heighten sensitivity and intuition, and open the body to prepare for massage, then given a thorough demonstration of the massage sequence we’ll be working with, and finally be guided through the sequence yourself, as both giver and receiver. Say “Ahhhhhhh.”
NO previous experience or partner necessary.

Saturday 18 April, 3:30-6:00pm  -  Take to the Sky on a Natural High, Therapeutic AcroYoga
Let’s take to the sky on a natural high, with our newfound awareness of the sensitivity and power of our touch. Soft hands and feet meet stable structure and support to guide flyers through a sweet therapeutic flight. In the role of the base, we'll practice and refine the art of applied receptivity, and learn new techniques to support our flyers with ease and grace. Therapeutic AcroYoga is a nourishing treat to share on its own, and can also be an excellent building block on the path to higher level acrobatics.
NO previous experience or partner necessary. Attendance at the first workshop is recommended.

Sunday 19 April, 9:30am-12:00pm  -  Fun and Mental, Fundamentals of AcroYoga
AcroYoga offers endless hours of fun - and endless opportunities to expand our mental acuity to a full-body awareness. Come heighten your smarts in a whole new way as we train inversions, counterbalances, and partner acrobatics together. Learn and refine fundamental skills that will set you up for success as you progress along your own chosen adventure.
NO previous experience or partner necessary. Attendance at the Saturday workshop is recommended.

Sunday 19 April, 1:30-4:00pm  -  Transitional Bliss
Learn drills and frills to take you from here to there, and everywhere in between. Transitions are the “philosopher’s stone” of the practice, transforming simple moves into magic before our eyes. But there are subtle skills and fundamental moves that help make what seems to be the impossible actually attainable for us and our partners.  In this workshop we'll break down a few key transitionary moves and put them into practice, bridging the gaps between static moves and graceful flows.
NO partner necessary.  Attendance at previous workshop is recommended.

$30usd for 1 workshop.
$55usd for 2 workshops.
$75usd for 3 workshops.
$90usd for all 4 workshops.
Pre-registration and pre-payment is requested as classes will only run with 8 or more confirmed students.
Drop-in’s also welcome.
