Jill Foster is teaching yoga at Dili Wellness each week at the following times:

Mondays 9:00-10:15am
Tuesdays 12:30-1:15pm
Tuesdays 6:15-7:30pm
Wednesday 9:00-10:15am
Thursdays 12:30-1:15pm
Fridays 9:00-10:15am
Saturdays 9:30-11:00am
Sundays 4:00-5:30pm















Jill Foster began studies with meditation and yoga in 2000 and has since practiced both as the foundation of body-mind disciplines, her other primary influences including Somatics, Alexander, and Release Technique. In 2008, Jill began teaching ballet, modern and break dance in Minneapolis. After an invite to teach yoga in Hanoi, Vietnam in 2012, she taught Hatha, Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga fulltime, from beginner to advanced levels, and continued her studies there based in Iyengar lineage. Jill most recently taught kids yoga in Banglaore, India, after completing her 500-hour advanced teacher training with Dominique Renucci in Rishikesh, India. Jill is insistent upon ease with the breath to calm and strengthen the nervous system, fine-tuning alignment for optimum posture in everyday life, and discovering ourselves within the balance-act between effort and ease.
