The DANCEmandala practice uses dance as a way to stretch and release the body, calm the mind, deepen self-awareness, and cultivate inner strength, flexibility, flow, and a deeper connection with life. This free-form movement mediation will be facilitated with a set of music and gentle guided instruction with the intention being for you to experience your own journey: aligning with inner flow, pulsing creativity, cultivating self-love, inner peace and wisdom, bliss, and stillness.

Sejin is interested in the wisdom of body and its movement reflecting life. She practices Qigong, DANCEmandala, and Contact Improvisation Dance as the main tools for her personal research and sharing with others to encourage them to get connected to their own wisdom and strength within. Her mother introduced her to the practice of body, meditation, and movement in South Korea when she was a child and she was reconnected to these insights and the meaning of them through her own embodied practice in Chiang Mai, Thailand after many years.
