A light hearted and fun yoga based class focusing on building the technique, strength, and confidence to get upside down. All levels are welcome! With a keen focus on alignment in Asana, you will develop the awareness needed to hold a straight handstand (supported or freebalance). The class will focus on technique, flexibility, strength, core conditioning, and inversion play.
Josh has been practicing yoga for over eight years and teaching for one. His style melds a unique blend of Iyengar Yoga and Vinyasa flow, emphasizing alignment and integrity in the poses. He uses a range of props to ensure that students are able to safely deepen their practice and understanding of classical and nuanced yoga postures. Josh offers students a unique opportunity to explore handstands and arm balances in a fun and playful environment. You will learn to reconnect with your inner child, and flip your life upside down.
