Description:
This open yoga workshop will cultivate, nourish, and stimulate the self-practice of yoga.  All yoga classes will be focused on inward investigation and cultivating awareness.  The goal may be the same, though the methods can be different.  Various classes will cover different aspects of the system of yoga.

Early morning "Ashtanga Mysore" classes are mixed with regular morning classes as both focus on lengthening and strengthening the physical body with a sequence that can be personally modified.  The special classes go deeper and allow more time to focus on particular aspects of yoga asana.  Late afternoon classes depend on student's requests and can go into either a yin practice, pranayama, and/or meditation.  For example, when you want your yoga practice to benefit your diving you may request more pranayama to deepen and lengthen the breath.  If your focus is to enhance your running practice you may prefer to do a yin practice for your joints.

Whatever your intentions are in life, if you feel good in your body it will probably be easier to succeed.  That is where yoga comes in. Yoga starts with creating awareness, internal communication.  The more regular your practice, the faster you will reap the benefits.

Pricing:
Depending on your time and availability you can opt for the drop-in rate, or purchase a multiple class card (valid for 2 months) that will allow you to take 24 classes and that can be used for any class (1.5 or 2 hour) between December 26, 2016 and January 15, 2017.

Drop-in for any 1.5 hour classes = $15.
Drop-in for 2 hour classes = $20.
Purchase a $200 card between 26-31 December to receive 24 classes (instead of 20) to use between 26 December, 2016 and 15 January, 2017.  This card is valid for ALL classes, regardless of class duration.

Weekday morning classes remain drop-in.
ALL other classes require 24 hour advance pre-registration via email.
