The Upstairs Studio

The Upstairs Studio is designed & equipped to provide a safe space for movement exploration.

The studio is intended to function as a multi-disciplinary space for movement and related wellness activities.  At present the studio is host to a range of scheduled weekly classes including Pilates, yoga, and ballet. There are also weekly meditation sessions and occasional workshops.

The Upstairs Studio welcomes inquiries from experienced instructors of all forms of  movement, health, and wellness activities regarding use of the space for regular or one-off classes and workshops.
